Rent for the wharf is $66.00 a week and the rent i am paying is $250.00 a week so if i live on a boat i can consolidate my debts and pay of the boat. i am head chef in a busy restaurant in byron bay my position is there for as long as i want it. but being a chef you travel around. i am earning 800.00 take home at the moment and every job i go to i get paid more never less. With this boat i can travel and always have cheap rent. The boat will cost $25,000 and is in need of a little work then the value of the boat will increase majorly. I have mistubishi magna 1995 model that runs perfect that is valued $2400 and i have around $13.500 household contents and plus if approved, A 40ft ferro yacht which is worth $24,800 i want to put this all in to a secured personal loan.
